1. Arrival and departure:

Your apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m.

2. Down payment:

To fix your booking, we will send you a booking confirmation, ask you to sign it back and transfer a deposit of € 300

Remaining payment in cash on the day of arrival or bank transfer in advance. We do not accept debit or credit cards.

3. Cancellation conditions:

The rules of the Austrian Hotel Industry Act apply:

If you cancel up to 3 months before the day of arrival: no cancellation fees
Cancellation up to 1 month before the day of arrival: cancellation fee 40% of the apartment price
In the case of cancellation of less than a month at least one week before the day of arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of the apartment price
In the event of cancellation in the last week before the day of arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of the apartment price
